For years, we proudly owned and operated our little construction company. Like many owners, we put everything we had into making our small business a success. When it was time to sell our business, we realized that many traditional methods didn’t fully align with our goals. After accounting for various expenses and commissions, we sought a more efficient way to maximize the value of our hard-earned efforts.
